Your UX Trainers
Alina Cvetkova is a Product Designer with around 15 years experience in IT, 10 out of those in UX Design; and still constantly learning. Alina considers herself someone who is curious about life, other people and keeps to the opinion that everything we touch, see and interact with can be analyzed from a usability perspective, and learned from. One Alina's passion lies in sharing her experience with others, which was the main motivation to create this course. Alina is currently based in Zurich, and works as a UX Lead in an International prop-tech startup.
Alexandra Negrut is a Senior Product Designer, with 9+ years of experience in tech, working for companies such as Softonic, Oracle NetSuite, and PriceHubble. Alex firmly believes that great design is a process best done as a team. She thinks her role is to guide this process with proper methodology and best practices (which she is constantly honing). Her favorite part of design is understanding user needs and using findings to guide product strategy & decision-making. She's currently interested in behavioral psychology and UX, and best practices for good discovery research.
UX Course Details and Description
Usability goes far beyond digital products – the understanding of how to make something usable lies in the understanding of the users of that product, feature or interface. User Experience Fundamentals is a course meant to explain the principles of user-centered design and give you an overview of a typical design process, which starts with a problem validation and ends in an implementation. After finishing this course, you will have practical skills such as ideation methods, tips and tricks to conduct usability interviews, and familiarity with prototyping tools that you can use to create a mockup and present your ideas to others.
